واثق! سأريكم مثالا على جملة Nothing could be done. مثال: There is nothing we can do for him. He refuses to get help for his addiction and won't listen to anyone. (لا يوجد شيء آخر يمكننا القيام به ؛ إنه يرفض المساعدة في الإدمان ولا يريد الاستماع إلى أي شخص.) مثال: We tried to save him, but nothing could be done. (أردنا إنقاذه ، لكن لم يكن هناك شيء يمكننا القيام به) مثال: Unfortunately, by the time we noticed the damage, nothing could be done to fix it.
