How come "go look" is used like this? For emphasis, shouldn't it be "don't do look at me"?

"Go look" is used like this because this is a song, so the writer of the song wrote these lyrics to fit the beat and feeling of the song. "Don't you look at me" has the same meaning as "don't go look at me".
