Bedeutet es dasselbe, dass I can't handle it anymore ? Was ist der Unterschied?

Ja, auch wenn I can handle it anymore sage, dass I can handle it anymore , gibt es keinen Unterschied in der Bedeutung. Beide Ausdrücke bedeuten dasselbe. Beispiel: I can't take it anymore! I don't want to become a nurse. = I can't handle it anymore! I don't want to become a nurse. (Das kann ich nicht mehr! Ich möchte keine Krankenschwester mehr sein.) Beispiel: I don't think she can take it anymore. She wants to quit her job. = I don't think she can handle it anymore. She wants to quit her job. (Vielleicht kann sie es nicht mehr. Sie will aufhören.)
