Here "virtual" means something that exists using computers or software. "Virtual" can also mean something is close to, or almost, what is described. Ex: My school has a virtual classroom, so we don't have to physically go to class. Ex: I created a virtual house in my computer game. Ex: The neighbourhood came to a virtual standstill during the weekend.
