What's the main difference between a "car chassis" and a "car body?"

A "car chassis" is the underpart of the car on which the "car body" is mounted onto. The "chassis" provides a frame on which to build the rest of the car. It also has everything that's required to make the car move. The body is external protection, function, and usually has to look good. Ex: The chassis is complete for the car. Now we just have to build the body onto it. Ex: I want to get my car body painted nicely. Ex: The steering wheel is attached to the car's chassis.
