When something "works out," it means that it has ended well or produced a positive result. You can use this expression whenever you want to say that something ended well. Ex: We had a lot of problems during the beginning of the meeting, but it worked out in the end. Ex: I heard you're having trouble with finding a new apartment! Hope everything works out.
