A couple of other words you could use is "motivate" or "encourage!" There is a slight nuance of "inspire" that is hard to replace, as "to inspire" someone can be unintentional and without an action from one person to another. Whereas "motivating" or "encouraging" someone usually implies action from the other person. However, one could also be motivated and encouraged by seeing how others live their lives. Ex: There are so many women who motivate me to do well in my career. Ex: I'm encouraged by all the women I meet in my life, everywhere I go, to live well. Ex: She encouraged me by saying a few kind and supportive words. => action
