Kind of, yeah! "Accommodation" can mean one room, but it can also mean one's place of living, a house, lodging, or temporary living arrangements like a hotel. Ex: Where's your accommodation? => formal = Where's your house? Ex: I found affordable accommodation for our trip next month! => less formal
