I've seen this phrase "it's a matter of" a lot before, what's it mean?

"It's a matter of" means that something is the main issue, reason, or part of something! Or that one thing will result in something else. Ex: It's only a matter of time until the other team give up trying to win the game. Ex: Working well with people is a matter of patience and communication. Ex: Being good at painting is a matter of practice. The more you paint, the better you'll be at it. Ex: For me, it's a matter of being fit enough to climb Everest. I need to train more.
