What's the main difference between a "vegan" and a "vegetarian?"

Good question! The main difference is that "vegetarians" consume some form of animal products, eggs and dairy, whereas "vegans" don't eat any form of animal products, including dairy and eggs. Ex: I switched from a vegetarian to a vegan diet two months ago. It's a difficult change. Ex: I'm a vegetarian, so I don't mind having egg-fried rice for dinner.
