Reciprocity refers to the concept of returning favors. For example, if your coworker helps you out with something, you should return the favor (do something that helps them out, to show your gratitude). Ex: If you don't practice reciprocity, it'll be difficult to make friends in life. Ex: I helped Mark out, then he helped me. It's a reciprocal action. Ex: We need to reciprocate kind gestures in life.
