It says "alright" here, is it same as "all right"? Which one is more commonly used?

They are the same thing! From my experience, "alright" is more commonly used. Technically, it isn't considered correct spelling, but it's used so much that it's become accepted as the norm. Language changes and evolves so much that sometimes it's hard to label one thing as more correct than the other. Ex: "Alright," said the teacher, "sit down and open your books to page 10." = "All right," said the teacher, "sit down and open your books to page 10."
