Since the word "absoulte/absolutely" and "definite/definitely" have the same meaning, would it be okay to say "absolutely not a [something]" instead of "definitely not a [something]?"

As adverbs the difference between "absolutely" and "definitely" is that "absolutely" is in an absolute or unconditional manner; utterly, positively, wholly while "definitely" is without question and beyond doubt. It would be okay, while "definitely" is stronger and decided without a doubt. Ex: The lady asked "are you a scientist?" and I answered "definitely not!." Ex: She would definitely not fall for the handsome guy, especially if she barely knew him.
