Is there any difference in meaning between "younger" sister and "little" sister?

Not really, no! Both "little" and "younger" sister imply that the sister was born after you. "Younger" could imply that you have an older sister too, but not always. Ex: My little sister was born in 2005, and I was born in 1999. Ex: My younger sister always wants attention. = My little sister always wants attention.
