Whenever I want to thank someone, what would be good alternatives that can replace "appreciate"?

A direct replacement for the word "appreciate" when thanking someone could be "grateful" or "thankful". There are a few different phrases you could use, such as "Thanks a million", "thanks a bunch", "thank you kindly", and "thank you very much". However, if you want to express that you appreciate something someone has done, like she is here, then you could say "value" or "respect". Ex: I'm thankful for all your work. Ex: I'm grateful for all your work. Ex: Thanks a million, Dan. I'll see you next week. Ex: Thank you kindly for sending the invoice. I'll send the payment through today. Ex: Thank you very much for your time. Ex: The company really values the work you have put in! Ex: I respect you for following through on your decision.
