To "go over something" means to talk over, discuss, or consider something. In this context, the lyrics "after all these years ... go over everything" is expressing the singer's intentions to talk or chat about all the things that have happened to her and her ex-lover since the last time they met. In other contexts, it can simply mean discussing or considering something. Ex: I saw your work document and I'd like to go over some points with you. Ex: Is there anything from my presentation that you'd like me to go over? Ex: Let's not go over this again. I have already explained myself several times.
