"Low-key" is slang! So it's informal. It means to some extent. A low to moderate intensity. You can use it in casual conversation with people when you want to say something affects you, 'cause you're still admitting to feeling or thinking that way, even if it is a little bit. Ex: I'm low-key terrified of getting my results. Ex: She's low-key mad that we didn't invite her. Ex: Low-key, this song is really good.
