To "be into" someone or something means to like them. With people, it means that you like them romantically, or at least more than friends. If you're into "something," it means you're really interested in it. Ex: I'm really into gaming. = I'm passionate and like gaming a lot. Ex: I think Henry is really into you. It's clear by how he's flirting with you. => "clear" means obvious
