"Fair enough" is an informal expression used to express that something is reasonable or acceptable. The speaker has used it in response to her employee's suggestion to pick his own team, indicating a concession on her end. Ex: A: I think we should set out early to avoid the traffic. B: Fair enough. Ex: A: You should do the dishes since I'm cooking. B: Fair enough.
