"Stress out" is a commonly used phrasal verb! It means to be affected by pressure or stress from someone or something. Ex: I'm stressed out from all the responsibilities I have at the moment. Ex: Don't tell Jack about this. It will just stress him out. Ex: It's stressing me out that we're late for the appointment.
