Can I say "terrified" instead of "terrifying"?

No! You couldn't. "Terrified" would be describing one's or a person's feelings, whereas "terrifying" describes the thing that makes one scared. Ex: She was terrified of getting in trouble. Ex: Getting in trouble was terrifying to her. Ex: I was so excited to watch the movie! Ex: The movie was so exciting to watch!
