"Being attractive to someone" means that someone finds you good-looking, beautiful, sexy, etc. "Being attracted to someone" means that you yourself find someone good-looking, beautiful, sexy, etc. Ex: He's attracted to Mary. => This guy thinks Mary is good-looking, beautiful, etc. Ex: I find him very attractive. => I think this man is good-looking, handsome, etc. Ex: They told me that he's attracted to me. => This man thinks I am good-looking, beautiful, etc. Ex: She finds Alan attractive. => She thinks Alan is good-looking, handsome, etc.
