What does "[someone's] saying everything I'm listening to" mean? Is it an idiom?

Ah, so, it is not an idiom! This isn't a common phrase. I believe he's saying this guy is repeating whatever news or things he listens to in the media. Echoing or confirming what we had listened to in the past! Or, it could be a very literal meaning that everything the guy is saying right now, he is physically listening to. This could be for comedy purposes! Ex: Wow! You said everything I was thinking. Ex: Please continue. I'm listening to what you're saying.
