When do you say "I'll say"? and what does that mean?

"I'll say" means you strongly agree with what someone has said. You can use it when you want to show agreement with what someone has said right after they've said it! Ex: A: I think I should see a doctor. B: I'll say! You've been coughing for a week now. Ex: A: Does your dog like walks? B: I'll say! He gets so excited for them when I say the word "walk."
