"My, my" is not a general expression, but an expression only used as lyrics in this song. A similar expression that used to be common is "oh my", but this expression is not common is modern English. "Oh my" is an exclamation that expresses shock or surprise. Ex: Oh my, I didn't think it would cost that much. Ex: You're getting married next month? Oh my!
