Here, "come in" means to be available. Something is presented and available to us in a certain way, or more than one way! Ex: The drinks come in these colorful glasses. Ex: The cakes at the cafe come in many sizes and flavors. Ex: This shirt comes in a few sizes, so you can choose one that fits you. Ex: The phone comes in a new case. It's really nice.
