It is an adjective and a verb! But "the marginalized" refers to the people who have been marginalized or can be described as marginalized. Those who are disadvantaged and treated as insignificant. Populations and groups of people who are discriminated against because of unequal power. Ex: When developing city plans, it's important to consider the marginalized and make sure they have access to things. Ex: The marginalized are treated unfairly based on race, economics, religion, power, and so much more.
