This is an informal expression that basically means one really likes or enjoys something, so much that they "can't get enough" and want more. In this video, the speaker is stating that if people can control the amount of interaction they have with others, they really enjoy it ("can't get enough") and want more. Ex: I can't get enough of this pizza. It's amazing. Ex: She can't get enough of snowboarding. She snowboards 20 hours a day.
