The "fight or flight stress response" is a physiological response our bodies have when there is a stressful situation. We either "fight" and confront the situation or "take flight", avoid, or run away to feel safe. Ex: I saw the soccer ball coming towards my face, and I ran away so fast! It activated my flight response. Ex: Kerry doesn't avoid her problems. She tries to solve them. When it comes to "fight or flight", she definitely fights.
