"Momentum" is a physics term. To explain it simply, it refers to the impetus gained by a moving object. In this video, it can understood as meaning "force of speed/movement" as a result of the car going forward. It can also be used in the metaphorical sense. Ex: The bike gained momentum as it went down the hill. (Gained force/speed) Ex: The movie lost momentum after its opening weekend. (Lost force)
