Based on context, I'm guessing that "call in the name of love" means "call out in the name of love," because the singers mention darkness and being alone just before. These lyrics are expressing the singer's intentions to test how passionate one is about love (or their lover). You'll see the expression "call out in the dark[ness]" used occasionally, so I'm guessing that these lyrics are a reference to that. Ex: It's very dark in here. Call out to me and I'll try to find you. Ex: Call out if you can't find me.
