What's "all that jazz" mean?

The phrase "all that jazz" means "and other similar things!" But it can also function as "everything usually included." Here she's saying to include everything necessary and what's usually included at the top of one's cover letter. Ex: I wrote the bibliography and all that jazz for the end of my essay. => everything else necessary Ex: I'm not a fan of going out late and all that jazz. It's too much for me.
