"Go through" has several different meanings. In this video, go through means to walk through. She is telling Dory to swim through the pipes to get to the Open Ocean Exhibit. Ex: Go through that door and take a left and you will be in Dr. Johnson's office. Ex: Just go through that door and you will be outside. It also can be to experience a difficult or bad situation. Ex: She had gone through a rough childhood. Ex: Everyone goes through bad experiences throughout their lives. It can also mean to examine something carefully that contains a collection of items in order to organize said items. Ex: Please go through these files. Ex: I need you to go through your clothes and see what doesn't fit you anymore. Another definition is to use up a lot of something. Ex: I go through so much tea every month. Ex: How did we go through so much bread?
