Why would John Connor say "problemo?" Is it a foreign expression?

Actually, "problemo" or the phrase "no problemo" is informal US slang! It's essentially "mock Spanish" and not actual Spanish, so it's not correct to use when speaking Spanish. It just means "no problem." Ex: It's no problemo. I'm happy to help. Ex: A: Thanks for taking the cat to the vet. B: No problemo.
