To be "stuck in" means to not be able to change or move out of something. However, there are a few different ways one could use this! To be "stuck in one's ways" means 'to not be able to change your way of thinking or doing things'. If one is "stuck in" their feelings, head, or emotions, it means they can't think about or do anything else unrelated to this. To "get stuck in" to something means to start doing something with a lot of energy and focus. Ex: I got stuck into embroidery during the holiday. Ex: I'm stuck in my head. I can't stop thinking about what could go wrong. Ex: She's been stuck in her ways for a long time, and I don't think she's gonna change now.
