"Narcissism" is a characteristic of one's personality that is obsessed with themselves, how one looks, and their own reputation at the expense of others. It's considered a personality disorder, but it's often used to describe people who care too much about themselves and only themselves. So you could use it to indicate a diagnosis of narcissism or to describe someone else's personality in a negative way. Here, Taylor is saying that other people have called her a narcissist to badmouth her. Ex: Narcissism is often characterized by a lack of empathy. Ex: I think the magazine editor in the movie, "The Devil Wears Prada," is a narcissist.
