What's the main difference between an "option" and a "choice"?

There is a slight difference between the two! An "option" is something we choose from a selection of things or categories, whereas a "choice" is a decision that you can make. You can think of "option" as one of the choices that you can make. Ex: What options do we have for lunch? Ex: I need you to make a choice before noon.
