This is just an informal expression used to express agreement with the previous statement made by somebody else. It means that the person is right, so one cannot argue/or refute what they have said. Ex: A: Wow, the weather is beautiful. I love fall in Seattle. B: It is great. Can't argue with you. Ex: Can't argue with you, I also think Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time.
