Is "over" used more with "win"? What about "against"?

You could use either, honestly. When using the verb form of "win," I'd say "against" is more common. Here it's used as a noun, and either "over" or "against" would be fine to use! Ex: Our school won against the other team, our rival school. Ex: Our school's win over the other team means that we get cake tomorrow to celebrate! = Our school's win against the other team means that we get cake tomorrow to celebrate!
