What's "we're here" mean?

To be "here" means to have arrived, to be present. You'll often hear people say "I'm here," "we're here," "she/he's here" and so on to indicate that someone has arrived, that they are present. Ex: She's almost here. She'll arrive in ten minutes. Ex: John's not here yet, but Sarah got here an hour ago.
