"Through" basically means "over" in the informal context! You might hear people say "I'm through" to indicate that they are done/done caring about a certain situation, or to show that something is over (like a relationship). Ex: We're through. We finally broke up last night. Ex: I'm through with this situation. I don't want to think or talk about it anymore.
