"Off you go" means that you're telling someone to leave or that someone is leaving. Kind of like "you can leave now." This phrase is often said to children and could be considered condescending if said to adults! Ex: Off I go to the shops now! I'll be back soon. Ex: Off you go, children. Have fun playing with your friends!
