So "white guilt" is when a white person feels guilty, ashamed, or regretful about racial inequality or injustice! This usually causes white people to become defensive in conversations about race. Making the problem and conversation about them instead of those affected. Ex: When confronted about his racist behaviour, he must have felt some kind of white guilt because he had a meltdown in front of the whole office. Ex: White guilt is pointless unless you do something to help fix the problem!
