The phrase "none for me" is what someone says in refusing an offer, or saying that they do not want any of something. Usually the phrase is followed with "thanks" as it is generally a polite rejection if something In this case Rachel is saying that she does not want any pepper. You will note that she does not say "thanks" as she is very angry, because Ross is in the way and not listening to her. Ex: A: Do you want some beer? B: None for me, thanks. Ex: A: I'm going to get some water. Do you want some? B: None for me, for me thanks.
