"What do we have" is actually considered the grammatically correct, standard way of expressing this sentence. However, in informal speech, especially for some American dialects, it's common for people to use "got" instead of "get" or "have." (Remember that "get" itself is considered to be a rather informal verb). Although not considered to be standard nor grammatically correct, "got" is commonly used in this way. Ex: You got to eat this, it tastes delicious. => You have to eat this, it tastes delicious. Ex: What do we got over here? => What do we have over here?
