Can I use "manage" or "deal with" instead of "handle" here?

Yes! You could! I'd say "deal with" is the best to use out of the two. "Manage" sounds more like it would be a job or a task, so it doesn't quite fit this context. Ex: I want a boyfriend who can deal with all of me. Ex: I need someone who can manage this business project for me.
