Either he's referring to "pleading the fifth," which is when you exercise your right to not answer questions in a legal or criminal situation, or it refers to a "fifth" of alcohol, which means 750ml of alcohol! Ex: She's going to plead the fifth when they take her in for questioning. Ex: Can you get a fifth of rum for the party? Thanks!
