The phrase "the pleasure is all mine" means I am the one who is pleased or happy about something. It has a couple of applications in the English language. As in the video here, you can say "the pleasure is all mine" after you've been introduced to someone, telling that person that you are pleased or happy to meet them. Another use in general conversation is after someone has thanked you for doing something.
