Isn't it grammatically right to say "a very tight schedule"? Why does she say like this?

You are correct. It is more common to say "a very tight schedule" and this is considered the grammatically correct way to say this phrase. I believe she says "it was very tight scheduled" because she is discussing a past event: shooting a film in London and not being able to enjoy sight-seeing. Since "shooting" in this case means more than one day, she may have wanted to express how every day filming was tightly scheduled. Ex: We are on a very tight schedule. Ex: She was on a very tight schedule when she was home from college.
