"You know what" is an informal expression used to emphasize the statement that comes after it. It doesn't have a particularly special meaning on it's own, and is sometimes used to get someone's attention before speaking. Ex: You know what? I'm hungry. Ex. She's a great student. And you know what, she placed first in our whole school.

Does the phrase "Give [someone] perspective" a common expression?
Yes! To "give perspective" is commonly used. To "give context" has a similar meaning. When someone gives you additional information about a topic, situation, or someone's point of view, this information creates a better understanding for you. What does "loose" mean? Its' pronunciation and the spell look similar to the word "lose." But what's the main difference between these two words?
Good question! They actually aren't that related. "Loose" is an adjective which means to not be firmly or tightly fixed in place, or to be detached or able to be detached. In essence, it is the opposite of tight or firm. You can also use this adjective to describe clothing that is baggy or free-flowing. However, the expression to "have some loose screws/bolts" means to be crazy! So, I am guessing that the speaker here is saying that the others are crazy. Ex: Don't argue with him, he has a few screws loose. Ex: I like wearing loose, comfortable clothes. Ex: This bolt is loose. I should tighten it with a screwdriver.

Is it really a common idiom?
"XYZ is All Greek to me" is not extremely common, but it is a practical idiom for a situation where someone doesn't understand something at all. It saw more use in the 1930s and then it became less popular till the 1980s. Ever since the '80s, it has increased in popularity dramatically.

Not formally, no! But that works pretty well. According to the voice actor, "Squidward" just sounded better than "Octoward." But you're right that it does take some form of "Edward" with the use of "-ward"

What does "perky" mean?
"Perky" when used to describe things, as it is here in this video, means to be standing upright or to be firm. It can also describe shape where something curves or points upwards. When describing a person, it means lively, cheerful and energetic. Ex: The plant looks much perkier since I watered it. Ex: I've been working out because I want my butt to be perkier. Ex: He wasn't quite as perky as normal. Ex: She had a perky, independent spirit.
